Chelsea loves to swim!

Chelsea, Cedar and Robbie had a great time swimmng today. Chelsea loved the water and she was great meeting other dogs. They met a black lab named Odie.

Update on Liam

Liam has settled in nicely at his new home. We miss this sweet boy. He has a wonderful MAGRR golden sister named Ladybug.

Chelsea with her foster brothers and foster sister. Ginger and Cody are our "old goldens", and Cedar and Robbie are our "young goldens". As you can see from the pictures, they are very easy going and "lazy". Chelsea seems to fit right in.

Chelsea (Day Two)

Chelsea is getting a little more active. She was spayed on Thursday, so she is feeling much better. I took a short video this morning. She is a little protected of her "things". She growled at Ginger (our 14 year old golden) because Ginger got a little too close to her treat. We corrected her and she wagged her tail. She seems to be housebroken. No accidents! We have not crated her and she has not bothered anything.

Chelsea (foster #58)

Chelsea came to MAGRR as a stray. She is a very sweet golden girl. She is very thin and a little timid. Chelsea slept through the night without any accidents. She gets along fine with our other goldens. More to come as we get to know Chelsea and her personality shines through.

Keira is on her way to New Hampshire

Keira left on the transport today around 1:30 central time. She left Memphis on her way to her forever home. I was a little misty eyed as I put her on the transport. I will be thinking of her and her journey.

Fun at Shelby Farms

Keira, Cedar, and Robbie had a fun time swimming at Shelby Farms park. Keira loved to swim and she did great on the leash. As you can see from the pictures, they all enjoyed the cool water. It was almost 80 degrees and it was only 10:00 central time.
