Merry Christmas

Its been awhile since I posted on my Golden Foster Blog.  Right now, we don't have a Golden foster.  As you probably already know, we adopted a young Great Dane, Jax.  We are also fostering Cher (a Great Dane).  We have had Cher for several months now and she is waiting for the right family to come along.  I want to share a great story about MAGRR that one of our adopter's wrote.  She adopted two of our Golden fosters, Major and Max.  I remember them all so well.  If you want to read a great MAGRR article, click here.

Meet our new foster boy, Kramer.  Sophia went to another foster home to possibly be adopted.  Kramer is a young boy and he is very busy.  He loves to play ball and he is a very active young boy.  More to come as we get to know this beautiful golden boy.

Meet our new foster girl, Soffia.  She is loving the good life at her foster home.  She is 4 years old and such a sweet girl.  She already knows how to use the doggy door.  She found the toy basket and she is having a big time.

Webber has been at his foster home for a week now.  He has settled in and he is enjoying life.  You can see from the video, that he likes other dogs and he is a very happy boy.

Webber has settled in at his foster home.  He gets along great with dogs and loves to be around people. We took Thor, Stormy and Webber for a walk yesterday and he did great on the leash.  He knows sit and takes his treats nicely.  He loves to go outside and lay around on the patio.  He has a beautiful coat.

Beckett had to have a tooth pulled on Friday.  He is doing fine. When I came home from school on Thursday, his right jaw was swollen.  He had a cracked back tooth.  He loves everyone.  What a fun boy to have around.

Meet our new foster boy, Beckett.  When I picked him up, I expected a sad, shy little golden boy. Wow!  He is a beautiful Golden Retriever.  Boy! Do Goldens clean up nicely.  He has settled in with his foster brothers and sister.  He loves Thor (the Great Dane).  He is about 10 months old and he just needs someone to give him the love that he deserves and some training.  We are working on getting him to sit and stay.  He already sits nicely for treats and he learned to use the doggy door after just a few minutes. So far, he is house trained and has not shown any signs of being a chewer. Check back for more updates.
